Rear HSRF Finished / Rad Duct
The HSRF work on the rear is finally finished.

The final HSRF work on the rear was to match the drivers side spoiler to body flare to the passenger side. I used an adjustable profile gauge to match the two sides.

The rear side markers are now fitted. I had to modify this area to accept the flat Ford Taurus side markers.

The other night I had applied some HSRF to the rear of the roof and it was very humid. I think that this affected the curing process and it was still a little rubbery after two days. I took a grinder with a sanding disk and removed it. I then applied new HSRF to that seam. It was hot and it cured properly tonight.
I had gotten the new aluminum pieces for the rad duct so I worked on adding these pieces to the rear rad duct. All that is left to do is to add the rivnuts to the fan shroud, trim the top piece and bend and install the lower rad hose recess piece.
